Ace Ventura (Jim Carrey) is called from retirement for a new case. A rare white bat from an African tribe is missing and they need his assistance in finding it. Fulton Greenwall (Ian McNiece) takes him to meet the Wachati tribe and he must first gain their trust and become one of them and then assist them in finding the sacred bat. There is concern that the rival Wachootoo tribe has taken the bat to bring distruction and difficult times on their enemies the Wachati. It is up to Ace Venture and the animals to stop the two tribes from going to war. Will Ace be captured? Are the Wachootoo bat-nappers?
